Important Notes

  • Registration is mandatory for all delegates.
  • Package rates include 18% GST. (Fill in your GST details in the form to see your ITC)
  • Registration fee is ₹4,000 + ₹720 GST = ₹4,720 per person. (This is in addition to the mandatory Registration Package)
  • Twin Sharing and Double Occupancy with Spouse are charged on a per-person basis for two delegates.
  • ITC Royal Bengal & ITC Sonar, our HQ Hotels, are assigned, based on early registration. Thereafter, other hotels will be assigned.
  • Visiting Card / Business Card of each delegate is mandatory.

Hotel Allocation Note: Accommodation at the HQ Hotels (ITC Royal Bengal / ITC Sonar) is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In case the selected HQ Hotel is sold out, TAAI may assign the delegate to another contracted nearby hotel, subject to availability. Final hotel allocation will be made by the Convention Team.

Package Inclusions for Residential Package.

  • Accommodation at the assigned hotel, including Taxes upto 3 Nights.

  • Admission to the most outstanding entertainment every evening.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only registered delegates will be permitted at the Convention.
  2. For Registered Delegates, details of Pre -Post tours, as and when confirmed, will be sent out as options to choose from.
  3. Cancellation Charges will apply.
    • Within 30 Days up to 15 Days – 50% of Registration & Package charges.
    • Within 15 Days & No Shows – 100% of Registration & Package charges.
  4. The registration price paid by the delegate is subject to availability of the Hotels Contracted by TAAI.
  5. All Airlines tickets or Airline option is subject to availability.
  6. Air Fares and their cancellation fees are subject to Airlines policy.
  7. Visiting Card of each delegate is mandatory to be uploaded in PDF.
  8. Valid Aadhar Card / Passport copy of each delegate is mandatory to be uploaded in PDF.
  9. Payment can be made by Bank transfer as above or by using the link https://www.travelagentsofindia.com/pay-online.php towards convention for the selected registration category. Payment details to be shared after making the payment on email ID convention@taai.in. While making the payment online, using above link, kindly select "Paying For – convention registration" & "Reference ID – convention registration reference number to be added".
  10. Children below age of 18 are not allowed. This has been TAAI's policy.
  11. The Registration Package is highly subsidized and TAAI has to pay much more to the Hotel than what is paid by the Delegate.
  12. Should there be more than one registration from the same member agency, the acceptance of the second registration is subject to availability.
  13. TAAI Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse registration(s) to participate in the Convention without assigning any reasons thereof.
